Lead Editor
Jeskid Productions – New York, NY – May 2004 to Present
• Using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro 7, and Avid, I edit all of our internal and external projects for brands and web. Projects have won Webby Awards, Two Cine Eagle Awards and were featured in-depth in the USC editing Textbook “The Lean Forward Moment.” In addition, I’ve served as technology consultant for multiple new media companies in understanding digital technology, compression and distribution.

• Brand Clients include: Paypal, IKEA, Cisco Systems, H.P., and Comedy Central. Projects have ranged from promotional, scripted series to docudramas.

• Sample independent work includes the action-comedy series Status Kill, featured by the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Ad Age, and the Hollywood Reporter; as well as the mixed live action/animation HD series Drawn by Pain, featured by IFC, Media Week, iTunes, MSG channel, and the NY Post. I also have two television promos currently being shopped to networks and a large variety of work-for-hire sessions.

My Damn Channel – New York, NY – Sept 2010 to Dec 2012

• Supervising editor for all original online comedy series for My Damn Channel. Projects featured talent such as Josh Gad, Patricia Heaton, William H. Macy, Seth Green, Mary Lynn-Rajskub, Adam Carolla, Steve Rannazzisi and Judah Friedlander.

• Managed and created workflow pipeline for all digital assets. Provided technical and creative supervision for ten teams of filmmakers. Edited all company promotional and presentation videos. Lead editor for major branded entertainment series for clients including SUBWAY and Crowne Plaza.

• Duties included: managing the editorial staff, supervising post production on original content, designing audience development strategies, implementing new technologies, meeting with agency clients and brands.

Director of Encoding/Lead Editor
The Feedroom – New York, NY – 2003 to 2007

• Responsible for encoding quality and workflow for millions of streams. Managed editing environment for online and broadcast events, supervising/lead editor for multi-million dollar productions. Live streaming events producer, responsible for bridging the gap between production, post-production and the online universe.

• Clients included: Wal-Mart, GM, HP, Intel, Brystol-Myers Squibb, Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, ESPN, AT&T, Business Week, the Pentagon, Direct TV, The New York Times, Chevron Texaco, Best Buy, Tyson Foods, Dell, Business Week, REUTERS, Coldwell Banker, iVillage, Oh! Oxygen Network, Edmunds.

-Post Production Supervisor, The Labyrinth Project – Los Angeles, CA – 2002-2003
• Worked closely in bringing the new media project, The Danube Exodus within budget for installation in the Getty Museum, which was touted as the most extensive installation ever launched. Duties included: scheduling edits, working with the After Effects team, editing, and supervising the installation.

-Supervising Editor, Zeal Pictures – Los Angeles, CA – 2001-2002
• Edited the million dollar feature film Robbers, and all client reels.
• Created multiple on-air segments for “Fredericks of Hollywood” campaign.

-Post-Production Supervisor, The 3 Minute Network – Los Angeles, CA – 2000-2001
• Edited various short films for the web and researched business and creative implementation models in the early days of Internet video. Responsible for all technology decisions for production, post-production, and compression.

-Editing Manager, Robert Zemekis Center, USC – Los Angeles, CA – Sept 1998 to June 2000
• Responsible for a staff of eight. Installed and maintained 100 Premiere/Avid workstations for editing use. Managed the workflow of hundreds of students. First student manager in the history of the school.
